Article claiming Vance was involved in 'burnt monkey testicle' scandal resurfaces

An old article accusing former US President Donald Trump's running mate JD Vance of funding animal cruelty has resurfaced. The article titled 'JD Vance Has a Burnt Monkey Testicle Problem' claimed that Vance's firm backed a biotech startup AmplifyBio which conducted tests on live dogs and monkeys and many of them died "in the course of toxic testing exposures".
