Arunachal activist again rejects proposed Siang Dam project, says 'discussion time over'

Arunachal Pradesh activist and engineer Katon Mayong has once again rejected the proposed Siang Dam project, stating that the time for discussion was over. He said that the entire Adi community would have to be "exterminated" if a dam were to be built there. "You can build dams in the tributaries, but not in the mainstream," he added.
