Arundhati Roy clarifies her remarks on NPR, asks 'is it ok for the PM to lie'

Defending her remarks on National Population Register (NPR), author Arundhati Roy asked, "Is it ok for PM...to lie to us but a criminal offence...for us people to have a laugh?" "What I was proposing was civil disobedience with a smile," she said. "Give your name as Ranga-Billa, Kung Fu kutta, and address as 7 RCR in NPR," she had said.
