Arvind Kejriwal trails against BJP's Parvesh Verma in early trends

AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal trailed in the initial counting trends as vote counting began at 8 am, while BJP's Parvesh Verma took the lead in the New Delhi seat in Delhi Assembly elections. In the 2020 Assembly elections, Arvind Kejriwal secured victory for AAP by defeating BJP's Sunil Kumar Yadav with a margin of 21,697 votes from New Delhi.
