Arvinder Singh Lovely resigns as Delhi Congress chief

Arvinder Singh Lovely resigned from the post of Delhi Congress chief. The ex-Delhi minister earlier opted out from being considered as a potential candidate for Lok Sabha elections. In his resignation letter, Lovely said he wasn't happy with Congress' decision to ally with AAP. He also noted that Kanhaiya Kumar, a "total stranger" to Congress, has been given party's ticket.
