Legendary singer Asha Bhosle made her acting debut at the age of 79 with 'Mai' in 2013. With the film, Asha had become the oldest lead debutant in Indian cinema, reported Mint. Asha played a 65-year-old mother battling Alzheimer's disease, who was abandoned by her son, and received critical acclaim for her debut. She passed away aged 92 on Sunday.
