Advait Infratech Ltd shares locked 5 % upper circuit at ₹1,452.75 after announcing a preferential issue of up to 5,92,940 equity shares at ₹1,388 each, totalling ₹82.3 crore. Notably, investor Mr Ashish Kacholia will receive 2,88,185 shares, representing 2.67% equity, with an investment of approximately ₹40 crore.
