Accusing him of damaging the reputation of the real estate giant DLF and Sonia Gandhi's son-in-law Robert Vadra, Haryana government has served a chargesheet to IAS officer Ashok Khemka. The bureaucrat, who is also charged with illegally cancelling the mutation of a land deal between Vadra and DLF, has been asked to respond to the chargesheet within 15 days.
