Ashok Vaswani to step down as Kotak Mahindra Bank CEO after Dec 31

Kotak Mahindra Bank on Saturday said its MD and CEO, Ashok Vaswani, will step down from his position after his term ends on December 31, as per an exchange filing. Vaswani informed the board that he does not wish to seek reappointment, citing personal reasons. Vaswani had succeeded Uday Kotak as the MD and CEO of the bank in 2024.
