Ashwin becomes highest wicket-taker in WTC history

Team India all-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin has become the leading wicket-taker in World Test Championship (WTC) history. After taking his second wicket on Day 1 of the second Test against New Zealand in Pune, Ashwin took his tally of wickets in WTC to 188. He overtook Australia off-spinner Nathan Lyon, who has taken 187 wickets in WTC.
