Asians, ethnic minorities reluctant to take COVID-19 vaccine in UK: Study

Black, Asian, and Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups are reluctant to take COVID-19 vaccine in UK, a new study said on Wednesday. According to the study, only 57% of people from BAME backgrounds were likely to take the vaccine, compared with 79% of white respondents. Last week, the UK became the first country to approve COVID-19 vaccine for widespread use.
