Ask petroleum minister: Gadkari after journalist asks why E20 hasn't made petrol cheaper

On the Centre's rollout of ethanol-blended petrol, a journalist asked Union Minister Nitin Gadkari if the government is saving so much by using E20, then why is petrol not getting cheaper? In response, Gadkari said, "Ask...these questions to...Petroleum Minister." Gadkari responded to claims of E20 causing a drop in mileage, saying the metric isn't something people can check at home.
