Asked to distribute AAP govt pamphlets, we're not publicists: Punjab teachers

A teachers’ organisation in Punjab accused the state government of turning teachers into AAP publicists by asking them to distribute pamphlets promoting government schemes to 20 lakh parents during a statewide Mega PTM. "Government claims that Punjab leads in education...but posts of 1,150 principals and 750 head teachers lie vacant," the organisation said. Punjab goes to assembly polls in 2027.
