Asking employees to rely on AI does them an injustice: Aluru

Avataar.ai co-founder Sravanth Aluru said on a podcast that companies must reverse how AI is used to prevent employees from becoming dependent on it. "Humans shouldn't be the ones pulling AI. AI should be pulling humans," he said. Leaders asking staff to use co-pilots are "doing them an injustice by telling them to become dependent," he added.
