Assam allows inter-district movement of people, vehicles with 50% capacity

Assam government has permitted the inter-district movement of passenger vehicles and people from Monday to Friday starting from August 16 till August 31, an official order stated. Passenger vehicles will only be allowed to run with 50% capacity. The state has also permitted city buses and other public transport to operate with 50% capacity and by following all COVID-19 protocols.
