Assam BJP MLA takes piggyback ride while reviewing flood situation, video surfaces

Assam BJP MLA Sibu Misra, who was in Hojai to review the flood situation on Wednesday, took a piggyback ride to a boat on the back of a flood rescue worker. A video that has surfaced on social media shows the relief worker walking in the water. At least nine people have lost their lives due to the floods.
