Assam cabinet will be expanded on June 5: CM Himanta

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma on Sunday said that the state's Council of Ministers will be expanded on June 5. The current Assam cabinet is operating with only four ministers after the formation of a new government earlier this month. The cabinet expansion is expected to take place after Assam Governor Lakshman Prasad Acharya returns from Mongolia on June 3.
