Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma's security upgraded to 'Z+'

The Centre has upgraded the security of Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma from the 'Z' category cover to the 'Z+' category on an India basis. According to reports, the move comes after the security arrangement was reviewed by the Union Home Ministry. Sarma will be guarded by over 50 commandos whenever he travels within the country.
