Assam gets North East's first VFS Global visa centre in Guwahati

Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma inaugurated Northeast India's first VFS Global visa application centre at ISBT Khanapara, Guwahati on Thursday. The centre will serve applicants from all eight NE states, processing visas for 14 countries including UK, Japan, France, Italy, and Switzerland, with Schengen visas also available, covering 29 European nations.
