Assam prepares for Bihu dance event with 11,000 artists; video out

Assam is preparing to host a Bihu dance event with over 11,000 artists on April 14, which is the beginning of Rongali Bihu celebrations. The artists will be performing at Guwahati's Sarusajai Stadium and PM Narendra Modi is expected to attend the event. Assam government submitted an application to Guinness World Records authorities for the event and received "preliminary clearance".
