Assam's Bihu Pepa, three other traditional products get GI tag

Four traditional products from Assam received a Geographical Indication (GI) tag, including the instrument Bihu Pepa crafted from buffalo horns and fitted with a bamboo mouthpiece. The products also include Assam Bah Silpa, which are bamboo products, Deuri Handloom products, and Karbi Anglong handlooms. Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma called the GI tags a proud moment for the state.
