Assam town puts up LED screens to publicly shame people caught urinating on streets

In a unique step, several LED screens have been put up in Assam's Tinsukia to publicly shame people who are caught urinating and littering on streets. Named the 'Hall of Shame', people are recorded on CCTVs installed across the city, and then their videos are displayed on giant LED screens. Earlier, mirrors were placed in Tinsukia to deter such acts.
