Assam University professor, wife file cases against each other

A professor at Assam University and his wife have filed complaints against each other alleging attempted murder and domestic violence respectively, in the Karbi Anglong district. The woman alleged that her husband physically assaulted both her and her elderly father, who intervened to protect her. She also reached out to the Assam State Commission for Women alleging harassment.
