Astonished by FIFA's decision: Belgium football on Balogun row

Ahead of their FIFA World Cup 2026 Round of 16 match against the USA, the Royal Belgian Football Association (RBFA) said it's "astonished" by FIFA's decision to suspend USA striker Folarin Balogun's red-card ban. "Article 66.4...provides that a red card...automatically results in a suspension for the team's next match," RBFA said. "The RBFA is investigating all potential options," it added.
