Astra gets delisting warning from Nasdaq after stock continues to trade below $1
Rocket builder Astra Space revealed it received a delisting warning from the Nasdaq after its stock spent 30 consecutive days below $1 per share. According to a regulatory filing, Astra has 180 days, or until April 4, 2023, to regain compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement. Astra debuted on the Nasdaq in July 2021 through a SPAC merger.
