Astra to not launch NASA's remaining TROPICS satellites

Rocket launch company Astra will no longer launch the remaining NASA TROPICS payloads to space. The program included a trio of launches aimed at sending a total of six earth science CubeSats to space. This comes months after Astra's first TROPICS launch ended in failure and two NASA CubeSats were lost. Astra was awarded TROPICS' launch contract in February 2021.
