AstraZeneca sues Aurobindo Pharma over patent infringement

Pharma major AstraZeneca has moved a US court alleging that Hyderabad-based Aurobindo Pharma is attempting to produce the generic version of its patented drug Daliresp. AstraZeneca has requested the court to pass an order against manufacturing, importing and selling the drug in the US. Daliresp is a prescription medicine used in adults with severe Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
