Astronaut shares stunning video of Earth from space; city lights, auroras spotted

European Space Agency astronaut Sophie Adenot, who's aboard the International Space Station, shared a stunning nighttime video of Earth from orbit. The video captures bright city lights, a lightning storm, moonrise and colourful auroras. "One of my favourite views from orbit: Earth at night, lit up by human activities and natural phenomena. How beautiful our planet is!" she wrote.
