Atharo Festival revived in Himachal Pradesh after gap of 23 years

The Atharo Festival was revived after a gap of 23 years in Grange village of Himachal Pradesh's Kinnaur district. The festival was celebrated at the Nag Shrikhandu deity temple with locals and their families participating in folk music and dance while wearing traditional attire. The grand celebration is deeply rooted in Kinnauri tribal traditions and includes spiritual rituals as well.
