'Atheist' man asks govt to change his name to 'RV155677820'

Rajveer Upadhyay, a 33-year-old autorickshaw driver from Gujarat, has requested the state authorities to recognise him as an atheist and allow him to change his name to 'RV155677820'. Upadhyay reportedly wants to shun his name as people try to ascertain others' religion and caste from names. The alpha-numeric name is a combination of his initials 'RV' and school roll number.
