Attack continued till 7 am, BJP goons attacked policemen who tried to stop: Abhishek

Mamata Banerjee's nephew and TMC MP Abhishek Banerjee has claimed that the attack on his house went on from 2 am till 7 am. The police "acted as silent spectators, and others who tried to stop the BJP goons were beaten up by them," Abhishek stated. Mamata and Abhishek staged a protest outside the latter's residence after the alleged attack.
