Attack rate of H3N2 virus has increased: Pune civic body official

The Pune Municipal Corporation's (PMC) Health Officer Dr Bhagawan Pawar said that the attack rate of H3N2 influenza virus has increased amid fluctuations in weather conditions. "There's no daily reporting for H3N2 cases currently in Pune," he added. Jehangir Hospital's Dr Pankaj Jain said two patients, including a 29-year-old man who'd developed pneumonia, were diagnosed with H3N2 virus last week.
