Attari border, closed after Pahalgam attack, to open for Pak Sikh group before Diwali
India has allowed a 49-member Pakistani Sikh group to return home through the Attari-Wagah border on foot, months after the land route was closed after the Pahalgam terror attack. The group, comprising 21 men, 26 women and two children, arrived in India by air on October 8. The special arrangement was approved by the Home Ministry ahead of Diwali.
