Auction of liquor store in Rajasthan begins at ₹72 lakh, bidding ends at ₹510 crore

E-auction of a wine shop in Rajasthan's Hanumangarh district started at ₹72 lakh and received a final bid of ₹510 crore, around 708 times than the base price. The wine shop was sold for ₹65 lakh in a lottery last year. "The bidder would've to deposit 2% of bidding amount within three days otherwise...allotment will be cancelled," an official said.
