Audit of ₹20,800-cr loans by NCGTC, not by regulator: Bandhan Bank

Bandhan Bank clarified that the forensic audit of ₹20,800-crore loans issued under Credit Guarantee Fund for Micro Units (CGFMU) is being done by CGFMU's implementing agency NCGTC and not by the regulator. We're confident our CGFMU claims will be settled favourably, the bank said. "[We've] taken insurance of portfolio of ₹20,800 crore...and disbursed over ₹1,950 crore under ECLGS," it added.
