Augustine brothers move Supreme Court in Muttil tree case

The Augustine brothers have approached the Supreme Court seeking to stop the trial in the Muttil tree felling case at the Chottanikkara court. The Kerala High Court had earlier dismissed the same demand. One accused, Anto Augustine, is currently under arrest in a separate excise case involving alleged illegal liquor storage at his Wayanad home.
