Aurobindo must divest 4 products to complete Lannett deal in US

US' Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has ordered Aurobindo Pharma to divest four different generic drug products in order to complete its $250 million acquisition of Lannett. Aurobindo will be required to divest four generic pharmaceutical products to Quagen Pharmaceuticals. The move aims to protect Americans from higher drug costs and to resolve anticompetitive concerns, the FTC said.
