Australia players in the IPL to skip warm-up matches before the WC

Head coach Andrew McDonald has indicated that top Australian players who are participating in the IPL finals will not be participating in the T20 World Cup 2024 warm-up matches. According to McDonald, players like Pat Cummins, Travis Head, Glenn Maxwell, Cameron Green, and Mitchell Starc will be added to the roster shortly before the side's June 5 tournament opener.
