Australia on Friday recorded their highest opening partnership in the history of ODI World Cup. David Warner and Mitchell Marsh put up a first-wicket stand of 259 against Pakistan. The previous record was set by Brad Haddin and Shane Watson, who shared an opening partnership of 183 runs against Canada in an ODI World Cup 2011 match.
