Australia's 26-year-old Steve Smith became the 2nd youngest batsman after Sachin Tendulkar to attain the number-one spot in the ICC Test rankings after a successful test series in the West Indies. Indian test skipper, Virat Kohli dropped to the 11th in the latest rankings while Shikhar Dhawan, Murali Vijay and Ajinkya Rahane achieved career-best rankings of 20, 45 and 22 respectively.
