Author Coomi alleges distortion of facts in Kangana's 'Emergency'

Author Coomi Kapoor accused actress Kangana Ranaut's production house and Netflix of "intentionally" and "maliciously" distorting facts in the film 'Emergency'. Coomi also accused them of exploiting her name by claiming that the film was based on her book 'The Emergency: A Personal History'. "They breached the contract by using my name and book for the film's promotion," Coomi stated.
