South African writer Coral Hart used AI assistance to publish more than 370 books since February 2025. By her own estimate, she has sold over one million books across digital, print and audio formats, earning over $1 million (nearly ₹9.497 crore) so far this year. Hart said she had received several hate messages and death threats over use of AI.
