Authum rises 3.6% after acquiring 79.28% stake in ISARC

Shares of Authum Investment & Infrastructure Limited rose 3.6% to ₹1,845 on Tuesday following an agreement to acquire 79.28% of India SME Asset Reconstruction Company Limited (ISARC) for ₹262 crore. Upon completion of this transaction, Authum Investment will hold 79.28% of ISARC's expanded share capital, making ISARC a subsidiary of Authum Investment.
