Auto driver abuses woman, snatches her phone for cancelling ride in Bengaluru

An auto-rickshaw driver in Bengaluru has been seen abusing a woman passenger and snatching her phone for cancelling his ride booked through an aggregator app. The driver is seen screaming at her and saying, "How can you cancel my ride by mistake? Does your father pay for gas?" The woman claimed in the video that the driver had slapped her.
