Automobile exports rise 19% to over 53 lakh units in FY25: SIAM

The Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM) said that automobile exports from India rose by 19% to 53.63 lakh units in FY25 from 45 lakh units in FY24. Additionally, passenger vehicle shipments rose by 15% to 7.70 lakh units in FY25 as against 6.72 lakh units in FY24. This came amid the rising demand for automobile models manufactured in India.
