Average rent of Dubai villas is now ₹80 lakh per year: Report

The average rent of single-family homes, locally known as villas, in Dubai is now at $96,000 (over ₹80 lakh) per year, according to property advisory firm CBRE Group. Property prices in Dubai are continuing their rise, while salaries have largely remained flat, Bloomberg reported. Recently, Dubai was ranked the world's 15th most expensive city for international workers by Mercer.
