Axar Patel is X-factor with bat & ball at T20 WC 2026: Gavaskar

Former India captain Sunil Gavaskar said Axar Patel, who has been appointed India's vice-captain in the upcoming T20 World Cup 2026, is the X-factor with the bat and ball. He noted that Axar can bat at number five or six and can bowl in the first six overs. Gavaskar stated Axar can mix pace, angle and spin effectively.
