Ayurvedic syrup claims of curing swine flu in Telangana; seized

The Drugs Control Administration (DCA) of Telangana on Monday, seized stocks of an Ayurvedic medicine, PLATOCORE-TOTAL Syrup, for making misleading and prohibited claims, including that it is helpful in all kinds of flu and fever. In its label, the manufacturer claimed that the medicine helps treat swine flu and dengue on its label.
