AYUSH approves 108 new labs and promotes Ayurveda in schools

The Ministry of AYUSH has approved 108 new labs to enhance quality testing of Ayurvedic, Siddha, and Unani medicines, along with upgrading 34 existing state labs. National and regional pharmacovigilance centers will monitor drug safety, counter misleading claims, and promote awareness. Health education in schools will include Ayurveda to boost knowledge and ensure safe usage.
