AYUSH Ministry recommends everyday superfoods to manage diabetes

Along with medicines, India's AYUSH Ministry recommends everyday superfoods like fenugreek seeds, cinnamon, barley, millets, oats, leafy greens, nuts and pulses. Rich in fiber and nutrients, they help balance blood sugar, reduce hunger and improve insulin sensitivity when combined with exercise and good sleep.
